As the organization continues to expand, it is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead an established pharmacy team, drive operational excellence, and support the ongoing growth of the pharmacy. Position Summary As Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of an established community pharmacy, lead and develop a high-performing team, and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, supporting business growth, and fostering a collaborative, patient-focused culture. The pharmacy offers strong operational support, pharmacist overlap, experienced support staff, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both the team and the continued success of the pharmacy. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the pharmacy team in delivering exceptional patient care. Oversee the day-to-day operations, workflow, and overall performance of the pharmacy. Ensure compliance with all regulatory, professional, and organizational standards. Mentor, coach, and develop pharmacists and pharmacy support staff. Drive business growth through leadership, service development, and community engagement. Foster a positive, collaborative, and patient-focused workplace culture. Qualifications Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Pharmacist in Manitoba. Previous leadership or pharmacy management experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Passion for delivering exceptional patient care. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
