Landmark Pharmacy in Kelowna, B.C. is seeking a full-time Pharmacist to join our team. We are looking for a motivated, organized, and patient-focused pharmacist who is friendly, detail-oriented, and open to growing within an evolving pharmacy environment. Knowledge of Kroll and long-term care is an asset, but we are happy to train the right candidate, including new graduates. \n Responsibilities * Provide patient-focused care and medication counseling * Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals * Deliver clinical services including injections and medication reviews * Support pharmacy operations including dispensing and workflow management * Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulations * Contribute to a positive and professional team environment Requirements * Licensed and in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia * Injection Certification required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Professional, reliable, and patient-focused * Experience with Kroll and/or long-term care is an asset What We Offer * Competitive wages (in lieu of benefits) * Reimbursement for College of Pharmacy and BCPHA fees * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (no evenings or weekends) * Closed on all statutory holidays * Ownership potential for the right candidate \n $37 - $45 an hour \n Landmark Pharmacy is a community-focused pharmacy committed to providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
