Counsel patients on new therapies, ensuring understanding and comfort with their medications. Monitor patient adherence and provide ongoing medication consultations. Maintain patient profiles and records in accordance with all privacy and regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with a team of pharmacists, technicians, and other pharmacy staff to support smooth, efficient daily operations. Ensure full compliance with all regulations set by NAPRA and the Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP). Flexibility to support shift coverage on short notice is considered an asset. What We’re Looking For Licensing: Part A licensed by the Ontario College of Pharmacists, in good standing. Experience: Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience; mail-order or high volume setting preferred. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Kroll and general pharmacy IT systems. Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in prescription preparation, labelling, and documentation is essential. Team Player: Self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively with the team. Strong Communicator: Excelled in verbal and written communication skills. Ce que vous ferez

The Staff Pharmacist will accurately fill prescriptions and provide medication consultations to patients within a mail-order pharmacy setting. They are responsible for maintaining patient records and ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards set by NAPRA and the OCP.

Exigences

Candidates must hold a Part A license from the Ontario College of Pharmacists and have at least 2 years of pharmacy experience. Proficiency in Kroll and pharmacy IT systems is required, along with strong communication and detail-oriented skills.
