This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consumer Experience Insights - Clinical Trials based in Canada. As a Consumer Experience Insights - Clinical Trials professional, you will turn digital and participant behavior data into actionable insights that improve clinical trial recruitment and engagement. You will connect patient, caregiver, and investigator experiences with clinical operations and recruitment outcomes. The role focuses on understanding the complete participant journey, from trial discovery and pre-screening through enrollment and retention. You will identify friction points, analyze drop-off risks, and help teams prioritize experience improvements. Working across clinical operations, recruitment, UX, marketing, and technology teams, you will translate complex analytics into clear recommendations. This is an opportunity to help shape more patient-centric, data-driven approaches to clinical trial execution. \n Accountabilities: Transform participant behavioral, screening journey, and engagement data into clear, actionable insights for clinical operations stakeholders. Develop narratives that connect site activity, participant behavior, recruitment bottlenecks, and study milestones. Map and analyze end-to-end digital trial journeys, from study landing pages and discovery through pre-screening and site referral. Identify experience friction, conversion drop-offs, and potential participant retention risks across clinical trial journeys. Maintain portfolio-level recruitment health dashboards and recurring insight packages for key stakeholders. Partner with clinical operations, patient recruitment marketing, UX, and trial software engineering teams to prioritize improvements to pre-screening, eConsent, and decentralized trial experiences. Lead test-and-learn initiatives, including A/B testing of landing pages and personalized content pathways, and measure their impact on recruitment speed and participant retention. Integrate Voice of Patient data, site feedback, behavioral analytics, surveys, and qualitative insights into a unified view of participant and site experiences. Proactively surface insights and recommendations to Recruitment Managers, Clinical Trial Product Managers, Therapeutic Area leads, and clinical leadership. Advocate for patient-centric trial design and use relevant technology trends and competitive recruitment benchmarks to inform strategy. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Analytics, Clinical Research, Data Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Public Health, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, patient or participant experience insights, or a comparable clinical insights-to-action role. Hands-on proficiency with GA4 and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), including custom explorations, screening funnel analysis, and attribution analysis. Experience analyzing clinical trial recruitment platforms, patient portals, digital health experiences, or comparable digital journeys is preferred. Experience with Medallia heatmaps and surveys, Qualtrics, or similar Voice of Patient or Customer platforms. Strong understanding of digital patient UX, funnel mapping, pre-screening conversion optimization, and participant recruitment journeys. Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical findings into prioritized, actionable recommendations for recruitment and retention. Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights clearly to non-technical clinical stakeholders and investigators. Strong data storytelling capabilities and the ability to connect behavioral insights with clinical and operational outcomes. Experience collaborating across clinical operations, recruitment, UX, marketing, product, and technology teams. Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment. Benefits: Fully remote work environment. Standard Monday-Friday business hours.
