Candidates should possess pharmacy operations knowledge and experience working as a Pharmacy Technician in a regulated environment. Candidates should possess inventory control skills, including ordering, receiving, organizing, and monitoring stock levels. Candidates should possess customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, handle inquiries, and support a welcoming pharmacy environment. Current registration or licensure as a Pharmacy Technician with the appropriate provincial regulatory body. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to accuracy and patient safety. Comfort using pharmacy software, point-of-sale systems, and basic computer applications. Experience in a community pharmacy or retail healthcare environment is an asset.

Responsible for processing, labeling, and verifying prescriptions while managing pharmacy inventory and stock levels. Provides direct patient care and supports a welcoming retail pharmacy environment.

Must be a licensed Pharmacy Technician in Nova Scotia with an Injection Permit and retail experience. Proficiency in pharmacy software and strong organizational skills are required.
