Operating as a closed-door, office-type pharmacy, they leverage digital communication to interact with their patients. Their mission is to transform how Canadians receive medical advice and prescriptions. Role Overview: We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist who is both a clinical professional and a team-oriented leader. In this role, you will support day-to-day pharmacy operations within a digital-first environment, ensuring safe, accurate, and patient-centered care. This position is ideal for a pharmacist who values quality, communication, and the evolving scope of pharmacy practice in Canada. Their team is building a new model of pharmacy practice that blends strong clinical standards with technology, empathy, and operational excellence. They support patients across Canada by providing timely counselling, medication fulfillment, and collaborative care with prescribers through a streamlined digital experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide patient counseling and ensure high-quality care Check and fill prescriptions accurately Communicate effectively with prescribers and other healthcare professionals Support pharmacy operations with potential management duties Skills & Qualifications: Empathy and strong understanding of patient needs Excellent digital, verbal, and written communication skills Strong focus on detail and organizational skills Flexibility to work weekends Management experience is a plus Key Requirements: Registered and in good standing with Ontario College of Pharmacists In-depth knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations Vailed Pharmacy license Minimum 1 year of experience as a pharmacist Benefits: Dental Care and Extended Health Care Vacation Days $50 - $53/hour This position is in person in Etobicoke
