What you’ll do: Provide safe, courteous, efficient and customer-focused service in our Pharmacy Department. • To provide exceptional customer service. • Perform the technical aspects of medication dispensing, including receiving the prescription from the patient, and processing and filling the prescription efficiently and accurately • Maintain prescription records and inventories of medications and pharmaceutical products. • Perform inventory management functions such as ordering pharmacy inventory, maintaining appropriate stock levels, and identifying expired products for disposal, destruction, or return to manufacturer. • To perform cashiering duties as required. • To assist with stocking and setting up displays. • Enter and manage patient profiles, maintaining current and accurate details. • To handle complaints and errors of minor nature and refer more serious complaints to the Pharmacy Manager. Who you are: You are looking for a career in Customer Service and: • High school diploma or equivalent • Must be at least 18 years of age • Pharmacy Assistant certificate preferred. • 1 – 3 years of customer service experience is required. • Previous experience working in a Pharmacy dispensary of 1-2 years is preferred. • Kroll / related system experience is an asset . • You must be available for days, evenings and weekends Team Members interested in the above position are to inform their immediate supervisor of their intentions before they approach the contact person.
